Anna Daučíková is a visual artist and teacher active within Central European space while Tamarra is an artist and performer in Yogyakarta. Respectively a queer and a waria (a third gender in Indonesia with diverse characteristics), they have been forging their artistic and personal trajectories while living openly in non-binary existences. In the Jakarta Biennale 2021, they try to create a space for mutual understanding that can be enlarged and destabilized in a search for possibilities for new sensibility.
