Sri Naura Paramita

(2011)

Alfiah Rahdini works with sculpture in public spaces while exploring how art deals with gender, democratic, and cultural discourses of the society. Along the way, her sculptures often become the starting point of other mediums, such as installation and performance. Raising issues that are distinctively Indonesian, her works remain relevant to the global contexts behind the various phenomena today.
